Thermography. What is it?

Infrared Thermography is the process of acquiring and analyzing thermal information using non contact thermal imaging cameras.

Thermal Imaging camera, or infrared camera, translates the heat signature, or the energy level of an object, from the infrared spectrum to the visible one.

Every object and system radiates a unique infrared energy pattern.

Comparing this pattern to reference points (relative to time or other similar components/systems) can alert us to potential problems and allow for a timely and cost effective remediation.
